Key aspects of a soccer tryout:
Warm-up: A dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for activity, often including light jogging, stretching, and ball handling drills.
Technical drills: Drills focused on specific skills like passing, dribbling, shooting, and receiving the ball under pressure.
Small-sided games: Games played with a limited number of players on a smaller field, allowing coaches to closely evaluate individual skills and decision-making in a game-like situation.
Conditioning exercises: May include sprints, agility drills, or other exercises to assess your fitness level.
Scrimmages: Lastly, players may be organized into larger teams for regular game this will allow the coaches observe their performance in a more full-game scenario.

We get to play in tournaments and games, and it feels amazing when we win. But even when we don't win, we still have fun because everyone supports each other. We mostly win though!
