Coaching Journey
With over 10 years of coaching experience, Esaú is dedicated to developing complete players, both on and off the field, inspiring them to reach their full potential. He joined Sonic in 2006 and enjoys developing leaders. His coaching philosophy is based on the belief that sport is a powerful tool to develop both athletes and people. He hopes to instill a growth mindset and continuous improvement in his players. His main goal is to help each player develop their technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills to their full potential.
